I purchased a 2011 Rogue in Novemeber. This was my 4th Nissan I bought from Rothrock. today my wife was able to drop off her car off in the morning and Rothrock had it ready for her to pick up after work. I want to say first of all i had very great service for helping me pick out a new car and the topper was they left me drive it around for awhile to see if i really liked the car that i may buy. Too many dealers are too impatient with the customers about buying a car which now are priced more than my first home..they gave me ample time to make my decision which i am very thankful for, and by the way, i still LOVE MY NISSAN ROGUE. Brett Funk was especially helpful with what i really wanted in my rogue especially the moon roof, stereo, and the bonus was i really didn't want leather but i'm glad i did... i am just learning about extras my car has too. who wants to read the manual.. well over all.. i only had one oil change & by the way that was free too so i just got to say i surely would recommend other people to buy a nissan there also. so remember keep treating me well... charlotte sprigle (used to be a devoted suburu person for ever!!!) Brian was and always is very knowledgeable when I bring my vehicles to your dealership. I have also recently purchased a Caliber SRT4 and have asked him info on this - again he knows everything it seems. Happy to see he is not just a person behind the desk but knows what he is talking about and is always willing to help. I will continue to come to him and recommend him to many friends as well. We were charged thousands of dollars for a service job that did not correct the problem. The vehicle still did not run and the service team had no desire or knowledge to find and correct the problem after that did not correct the problem. Another garage found the problem within a few days and it cost a couple of hundred dollars to get to the problem. Getting in touch with the person who is working on your vehicle is a nightmare. No return phone calls and no communication. The only reason they received a l rating is there is no negative numbers. More

The reception transfers you to service and they never want to answer so the call is transfered back to the operator who transfers you back nightmare.
