Boch Nissan should be ashamed at how they conduct business. Spent six and a half hours of my life there that I can’t get back. Believe the horror stories you hear about this place- the reviews aren’t exaggerating. We arrived at the dealership and were greeted by Zanep. She was alllll about talking with us and getting to know us at first. We were interested in seeing a 2017 rogue. After a ‘snafu’ which resulted in the rogue not being on the premises (despite two phone calls, two texts, and voicemail that said it would be), we finally test drove the car 50 minutes after arriving at the dealership even though we had made an appointment... This should have been enough of a reason for us to leave at that point, but I was still interested in seeing the car. We finally drove the car but made the mistake of handing over the keys and registration of our trade-in so they could ‘take a look so that they don’t hold us up here all day’. Thinking about that line now, I just have to laugh. We liked the car and wanted to talk numbers. No surprise, they wanted to sell the car to us at a price higher than was advertised online. We had a few conditions that we felt needed to be met on this ‘certified pre-owned vehicle’ to which they agreed to. The backup camera and lift gate were finicky, there were no mats in the car, and the seat had some damage. They assured us many times they would have those things taken care of should we walk away with a deal. We should have just walked away period once our sales person, Zanep, changed her whole demeanor after I politely corrected her for referring to my wife as a man 3 times. I don’t know why we still wanted to talk numbers after this. When we were negotiating price, we were talked over, tried to leave twice, asked for our keys and reg only to be talked over some more. We finally went to leave when the sales manager, Maher, said he would sell it to us for our asking price ‘if we would leave two five star reviews before leaving’ which would be verified by checking our phones. Still, we went with the deal feeling good about the car and the impressive Nissan warranty. We joked that dealing with Boch was a means to and end to get the car we wanted and once we were done, we'd never deal with them again for anything. I’ll also add that Boch was one of only two dealerships that had this particular car with the features we were looking for, so we thought it would be worth the hassle. When the deal was agreed upon, we checked over the math on the contract twice and found discrepancies each time. This was the first of many signs that this was not going to be an honest deal. Once it was corrected, we waited an hour and a half to be seen by finance which, somehow, was the most enjoyable part of the process. Zanep, ice cold at this point, scolded us when we asked what time we could expect to leave because we ‘delayed the process by renegotiating the contract several times’. What really happened was that we checked their incorrect math over and over and called them out on trying to scam us. While financing, the team knew we were in a rush to leave (my wife had to work) so TWICE they checked on Zanep to make sure the car would be ready for delivery as soon as we were ready to go. When we were done in finance and were transferring things from the trade in to the new car, we noticed the plates hadn’t been changed, nor were there mats in the car. At this point, there had been 5.5 hours for them to accommodate the conditions we asked for up front. We asked Zanep to take care of this but she returned with a drill and no bits to change the plate. Three more times she left and returned, each time saying “I’m going to get you some mats now, okay?” Needless to say, mats never made it into the car. When she left the last time, we noticed damage to the front bumper which had us speechless. In order for a car to be certified pre-owned, the terms state that it cannot have damage and must have floor mats. Since we were in a rush, we decided to leave with our old car while she supposedly talked to a manager about it. At this point, we had spent 6.5 hours there and knew we had made a mistake doing business with them, so we wanted to cancel the deal. We called the next day and asked to speak to a sales manager. The phone call went like this. Let me preface by saying I’m so glad Nissan records calls for quality purposes... “Hi my name is __ and I was in yesterday and made a deal with you guys..” Jake- “oh yeah, you guys are the ones we invested alllllll that time and effort into yesterday?” I was floored. I’d like to mention that we had never even met or spoken to Jake the day before and yet he still made that comment with an offensive tone. That brief conversation confirmed our suspicions that this was not a company we wanted to continue business with. I can’t even imagine what it would be like if, down the road, something had gone wrong with the car and we needed to actually go to them to have service done... Needless to say we cancelled the deal and are awaiting our down payment to be returned, though I’m not holding my breath because Zanep ‘handled’ that too. Still reeling about this experience! Avoid this place at all costs- no car is worth it. More

No car is worth it DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I cannot stress this enough. First and foremost, you cannot believe the prices listed on the website, there is DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I cannot stress this enough. First and foremost, you cannot believe the prices listed on the website, there is an extra $1,000 tacked on when you arrive. Second, you cannot trust that the cars will have the advertised features. I had negotiated for a car that was advertised WITH a navigation system and after the deal had been negotiated we find out that the car did not have a navigation system (it took them over 24 hours to get us this simple answer). Throughout the whole process they took FOREVER to answer simple questions. They would say 'I'll call you at 10am' and then when I hadn't heard from them by 2pm, I would call to follow up and then get yelled at for 'bothering them'. At one point the GM had the nerve to yell at me for 'tricking' him into answering his phone because he would not answer my calls. After a week of back and forth their finance guy threatened not to sell us the car if we did not finance through Nissan which we had said from the very first conversation was not an option. Everyone told me buying a used car was a miserable process but even those who warned me were appalled by the way we were treated. NO CAR IS WORTH THE MISERY I EXPERIENCED DEALING WITH THIS TEAM. More
