I have been a customer for a long time, but never so disappointed at the poor service, lack of communication and transparency. No apologies or clear explanation why it took them over three hours to do an oil change and replace the battery. So disappointing and not professional! I will be considering other options next time. I just had a problem with remote starting, I drove in with that I thought was a silly issue with remote starter.
