Purchased of vehicle..service issues, unanswered questions I financed a car from Boch Nissan (2017 Nissan Rogue) on Saturday November 2nd. I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle on Saturday November 9th and c I financed a car from Boch Nissan (2017 Nissan Rogue) on Saturday November 2nd. I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle on Saturday November 9th and confirmed a time with the sales agent Ricky Ruiz of 10:30 am. I arrived at 9:45 am (I dropped off my previous lease vehicle and was done sooner than expected). I had to wait until approximately 11:15 and the car was not ready, sticker was not done, paperwork had to be finished on the dealership end and I had to drive with the sales agent to fill the gas tank as it was not filled yet. The dealership had a week to get the car ready for pickup and wasn’t ready which caused me to wait over 1 1/2hrs at the dealership waiting for my car to be ready. My husband contacted the sales manager Jake at Boch regarding a few questions especially regarding the 1 year service contract as Jake stated I had free service for the first year, the service history, and floor mats and privacy cover. He never replied to my husband( who he met and had contact with through the sale of my car). I then proceeded to contact Ricky Ruiz two times regarding the service contract, service history and floor mats. The only answer he gave me was that the floor mats and privacy cover were not included and I could purchase them through the parts department. I ordered the floor mats and privacy cover and upon pickup floor mats and the privacy cover were in the truck of the car. This was subsequently another inconvenience of having to return and ship items I just purchased. On Saturday 11/23 I had the car serviced due to a loud squealing noise and the boot along the steering column had to be replaced and needed another alignment. I did talked to the service about getting a printout if the service and to get a detailed list on the service that I was told I would receive for the first year. The service agent was unable to find any information regarding the service Jake had told me about. I still have not received a printout or detailed report about the service history of the car or the 1 year service contract. On 12/6 while driving the car, the heat on the driver’s side was not working properly and is blowing cool air. The passenger side heat is working. I am starting to get the same squealing noise in the steering column again periodically and there is a very distinguishable clicking noise when moving the car from park to reverse or drive. It has been frustrating as I have just reached 1 month of driving the car (which is also a certified preowned). And it’s been in the shop once and has to go in again. The two main concerns: 1.Service and inability to obtain information during and proceeding the purchase of my car. It was also stated I would be getting road aide assistance with the car and have not received information about that either. 2. Issues with the car (boot, alignment, heat) and inconvenience More
