Customer not happy Took my car for first service and to check a noise that nobody found. People listens the noise but the computer doesn’t show anything. That noise my car has it since the first day I have my new car. I think Jesus Alvarez didn’t put attention to me when I try to explain about the noise. I have the noise recorded in my phone. Also he didn’t told me the price for the oil change. I didn’t know this car needs special oil. At the end he argued with the mechanic in front of me about he didn’t do the job. It’ was very uncomfortable situation. Jesus left the podían . I apologized to the mechanic. It was not his fault. Before I left the office Jesus apologized also but I was not happy. More
