Great salesmanship. Great sales man. Clean Facility. Pretty easy process to trade in and buy a new car. My credit report was pulled by mistake even though only my Wife Great sales man. The finance manager Samir was also totally surprised. Not sure where the mistake was, but this should not have happened in the first place. Please double check if the person who test drives the car(with license information) is the same one who is applying for credit to ensure this does not happen again. Other than this mistake, everything else was great. More
My car needed service before I even left the dealership with I waited approximately 90 minutes before I went back into the service center to get an update on what was going on with my brand new car. During those I waited approximately 90 minutes before I went back into the service center to get an update on what was going on with my brand new car. During those 90 minutes no one from the service center came out to me in the waiting area to give me an update. Considering I was at the dealership to pick up my new car, I would have expected much better treatment ( communication ). This was not a good start to my being an Nissan owner. My issue is not with my sales rep but with the service center. More

Unacceptable treatment; long wait It regrettably was not a satisfactory experience --- partially stemming from a lack of effective communication, and partially stemming from a pure lac It regrettably was not a satisfactory experience --- partially stemming from a lack of effective communication, and partially stemming from a pure lack of courtesy. I would not currently continue to recommend this dealership to my Nissan-owning friends. The valet was gracious. He greeted me immediately and helped me to park. It then went downhill from there. Despite my very conspicuous presence, none of the service people spoke to me, explained that they were assisting others and would get to me shortly, or even acknowledged me. I finally went up to one of them, who said he was assisting someone else --- a person who, by the way, was not visible. He directed me to stand in a more ‘neutral’ spot. I then waited in that’ neutral’ spot for several minutes while another service person chatted amiably with someone, again, failing to acknowledge me in any way or to apologize for the wait. Perhaps my level of tolerance was reduced because I had just suffered an accident, but no matter. It is simply rude to see someone waiting and to say nothing to them. When the work was finished, a service person address me informally with a nickname I do not use. And finally, no one told me where my car was when the repair was complete. On previous occasions, it is in the service area garage. This time it was not, but no one informed me. I had to ask. I have had previous positive experiences with this dealership. This regrettably was not one of them. More

After a conversation with service rep even he new it was absurd “although he didn’t say it. “ It was obvious. The dollar amount was knocked down to 250 but still a 30 dollar part with a 220 dollar markup N a 3 hour wait constitutes a very strong reason on why people don’t want to go to dealership.
