I am writing to express my formal dissatisfaction with the post-sale service I received following my vehicle purchase in May 2026. After the paperwork was signed, I encountered a mistake on the registration documents. When I requested a correction, I was told the dealership could not make changes and that I would have to resolve it myself. Consequently, I visited the RMV multiple times, only to be sent back to the dealership for additional documentation each time. During my most recent visit to the RMV, I was informed of further errors in the paperwork that still need to be addressed. The lack of accountability and poor customer care I experienced throughout this process have been incredibly frustrating. As a result, I will not be doing business with your sales team in the future. More
