Good sales. Failed to deliver car on promised date due to poor info gathering.cancelled todays app. Very very schedule due to Christmas prep. Don't want to waste more precious time tomorrow due to failure to get all info. I called my insurance agent and he validated on my end and forwarded to dealership, have not heard from dealership since. Very frustrating wasting precious pre holiday time land no further response. Dealership waited to the eleventh hour to process l tonight - no car and no follow up. My insurance has processed what needed..seems like sales processed last minute and did not get all info necessary. They were supporting pick me up at 4pm. Today. I called them about 420. Now what! More wasted precious time tomorrow when I will be so busy preparing for Christmas and without a car for errands More
