Brought in the vehicle on a Friday for service. Multiple parts were ordered that were defective or the wrong part, fibally the correct part arrived 6 days later, and we were able to get our car back. I totally understood the tax part but they told me I owed nearly $300 for contract obligation - I was told specifically when signing a lease that the only thing I would owe on this car would be taxes. I am not paying for anything else. I have spoken to Bobby who directed me to NIK .I have called him twice and no response. I have been a Nissan customer with an excellent record for many many years. I returned a three-year lease car with 16,000 miles I was never late for a payment. I am new to Massachusetts and I wanted to continue having a Nissan lease but at this moment I am not pleased with what is taking place. This will be resolved immediately. More

Also, all agents throughout the whole process, from calling/scheduling/confirming/greeting, checking in, dropping off, and pick up were extremely professional, friendly and understanding, especially when I asked or had a question. Lastly, what stood out the most was the information shared about my car’s current health and suggested services available to address them. However, due to experiencing limited/financial hardships/challenges, I decline. They respected my choice and did not continue about the matter. I really appreciate it, for it would have triggered me, as it would just remind me of the unhappiness I am experiencing about the matter. So THANK YOU very very very much for this. Also on a side note, as someone who is part of the high risk group of contacting/dying from corona virus, I experience daily anxiety and worry about going out, people and all settings. Not easy to deal with at all. The online pricing is BS, I have never seen so many undisclosed fees added on to an invoice. Customer support / service is a joke. I was blatantly lied to over the phone to get me in the door, when i tried to discuss this with a manager, I was told that he couldn’t be responsible for the information his employees gave out over the phone. No one has a clue as to what’s going on, my “deal” changed so many times between the initial quote and delivery, depending on who I talked to I got different answers. To top it all off, the kid who delivered my car was bragging about driving my car 100mph and getting a ticket on the way to deliver it to me. I am astonished that this dealership is still in business given the way it is managed. Don’t waste your time, their “deals” aren’t really that great after all the fees and agony you will go through dealing with them. I would rate the salesperson I dealt with ok, but he isn’t listed, probably got sick of the BS and left the company. The sales reps at this dealership have little to do with the overall experience, they regularly leave you sitting for an hour or more while they help several people at once. Don’t waste your time at Boch Nissan. More
