Spent an hour sitting around because Maher (the manager we talked to) was "busy attending other customers" when no one else was there. He sent his salesman and other manager to talk to us with the new numbers they ran... nothing close to what we were initially offered. Seemed like Maher was hiding from us the entire time. He only came out to see us when we were fed up with their games. Then, he made snarky comments about us not being able to afford the vehicle. Not to mention, he was stereotyping us from the start. Other workers there were fine. Wishing you the best of luck if you have to deal with Maher. More

I made an appointment online for an oil change but when I got there and told him I made an appointment, he still had me fill out all my information and asked me what I was there for which I thought was very got there and told him I made an appointment, he still had me fill out all my information and asked me what I was there for which I thought was very weird and inconvenient seeing as I already did that online... When i came to pick up my car i told him i was there for pick up and he told me to go wait in the other room and he would be right with me. I waited there for about 30 mins just for someone to check me out and to take my car. When I got into my car I noticed the garage door directly in front of my car was closed so I had no way of getting out. I had to find the advisor and ask him to open it so I could get out. When I turned my car on I also noticed the service department had not reset my oil change timer so I still had an oil change light on my dashboard. I know how to reset it so it’s fine, I just think that would have been a nice customer service thing to do. More
