Service is always great. That’s why I skip the 9 Nissan dealers closer to me. However it was upsetting traveling from the vineyard getting an early boat to make a 10am appointment then getting a call at 9: dealers closer to me. They told me they would do what they could. I let them know I had a 1:15 return trip. We left the dealership just after 1. In the future I will consider closer options. I live in edgartown same as the owner. I like dealing with familiar businesses. Obviously you knew about the renovations prior to my arrival. In the future don’t overbook your space. And have the cutesy to let customers know ahead. We have plans too. Thank you Mark More

My service lead, Marvin, was AMAZING! I was about to put my Cube on the road for a long trip, and he made sure everything was in order. Horrible customer service. You explain what's wrong and they set up the appointment then conveniently forget to tell you things like, it cost $135 just to look at your car. Then they proceeded to have a " I don't care" attitude. The service manager is unprofessional and he managed to get a frustrated customer angry instead of happy. Boch Nissan Norwood is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with and I upgrade my cars every 3-4 years. I will never buy from Boch again. Their name is tarnished by the Norwood branch. From sales to service they have no sense of communication or commitment. I'm still waiting for the general manager to call me after leaving a message asking him to. Horrible. Stay away. I only learned AFTER I signed the dotted line. More

RUDE General Sales Manager The sales manager was extremely rude. He misled me whilst texting me about my visit to test drive a vehicle the other day. When I was unable to test drive because of the current Covid policies (which I understand) I was disappointed, having picked the car I wanted to test drive and been told that that was allowed. If he had said we aren't doing test drives, I could've just gone to take a look or waiting a week until they'd be open for test drives. When i expressed my dissatisfaction, he told me I was being ridiculous and that I needed to "have a little compassion". The man who helped me during my visit, Kevin, was kind and helpful and apologetic about the circumstances. Absolutely won't be buying a car from them at this point. More
