When I was unable to test drive because of the current Covid policies (which I understand) I was disappointed, having picked the car I wanted to test drive and been told that that was allowed. If he had said we aren't doing test drives, I could've just gone to take a look or waiting a week until they'd be open for test drives. When i expressed my dissatisfaction, he told me I was being ridiculous and that I needed to "have a little compassion". The man who helped me during my visit, Kevin, was kind and helpful and apologetic about the circumstances. Absolutely won't be buying a car from them at this point. More

I was really bummed that I had to pay $100 to change three small bulbs. I think that was excessive, as was the break inspection that was a waste of money. They tried to scam me. I didn’t want to give them even one star. In less than a year of ownership I’ve had two bad experiences at Boch. Then when the sunroof leaked they tried to charge me 476.00 to blow air into the drains in the sunroof. I took it to my mechanic and it took him less than 4 minutes and did not charge me a penny. So for a 4 minute process without parts Boch Nissan wanted 476.00. A disgrace! More
I will not do service with your dealership ever again. I was pissed that you would charge me 3% if I used my credit card. I pay a much less percentage point to my processor and I have no doubt, my volume is dwarfed by yours. Either the person who negotiated your rate with the bank is beyond inept or someone’s lying. If I had a big job done for several thousand and counted on using my CC, I would be very mad. More
1st Boch experience This was my 1st experience buying a certified pre owed car and buying at Boch. Everything was going good, Dekey was easy to work with. My disappointment came when just 5 days after taking ownership of my 2019 certified pre owner car that the car did not start. I immediately contacted Dekey the sales associate I worked with, she advised me on what to do. Boch service sent a tech to my house to jump the car. Back at Boch service Jesus was pleasant and efficient. The battery was replaced. It is very upsetting and disappointing that I was charged a reconditioning fee when I purchased the car and the car was advertised as a CERTIFIED pre owned and the battery has to be replaced with in 5 days. Again very disappointing! Hoping this was just a "fluke" situtation. More
