Totally dishonest We went to buy a slightly used 2019 rogue listed on the dealer website, when we argeed to buy it, the salesperson came out with a much higher price th We went to buy a slightly used 2019 rogue listed on the dealer website, when we argeed to buy it, the salesperson came out with a much higher price than what is listed on their own website, when we showed them the listing, they adjusted the price. Then we had to deal with Joe Antunes in the finance office. After signing the original papers he claimed that the printer stopped working and needed a new toner. After changing toner, he asked us to re-sign a new set of papers claiming they were exact replica of first set, and no need to read them. We trusted him and signed them. Unfortunately this second set of documents included all possible additional fees and products we turned down before, the addition totaled over $5,000, We only discovered this three months later when we recieved our first bill. It then took us about 2 months and several visits to get most of these refunded, but this did not reduce our monthly payments. Even though the finance manager was helpful in getting these refunded, and complained about Joe Antunes, he nonethles sent us a message at the end saying we should have known better since we spent "hours" reading the documents before signing them, knowing full well that NOBODY ever spend hours reading these.. We went to Boch for only one reason and that they were to be trusted and they failed miserably. Joe Antunues is totally dishonest, and this dealership cannot be trusted. PS; the salesperon during the sales process told us we get three free oil changes, but when we were ready for an oil change, they denied this. Needless to say, we are already going to another dealership for service. Avoid Boch Nissan at all cost. More
