I had called Jesus who informed me to come at a given time. I honestly can say every time I called I'm always greeted by Mr. Jesus Alvarez at the service desk; he shows me what services are due for my car. Customer service good (Marvin). Even during Covid and they were short staffed, they still communicated well. Conducted good inspection and I had them complete all work. At checkout, they added 3% to $1500. quote because I used credit card. I have experienced cash discount but not add on for credit when already paying top dollar. Car out of warranty so out of principle, I will now just go to local repair shop. More
I had a service and inspection done. Two hours from drop off until I Ieft. I wasn’t wild about coming in during the pandemic but it wasn’t crowded and all the safety precautions taken at the facility were e off until I Ieft. I didn't feel comfortable when dealing with the financial manager Smire. He kept persuading me into buying extra insurance even after I said no politely many times. I can understand that he really wanted to manager Smire. He kept persuading me into buying extra insurance even after I said no politely many times. I can understand that he really wanted to sell the insurance to us and it's his job. But it's kind of offensive for him to use “stubborn” to describe me after denying the extra insurance finally. He didn't give me a key for the car after signing the loan and other financial papers. My sales lady only had one key when we picked up the car and told us Smire should give us an yellow envelope with the other key inside. I saw the small envelope on top of his table the day I signed the financial papers, so I told my sales lady Serenella to ask him for the other key. He said he had give the key to one of us me or Serenella. The good thing is Serenella offered to get me a duplicate key. So I drove the car home with only one key the day I picked up the car. Serenella sent me a message saying she found the key in store after a week. I hope it's because someone put the key in some random place instead of not willing to give us on purpose. The car itself is good. I didn't have any issue with the car since bought it 3 months ago. The price is also reasonable. The sales persons are good. Since the car was certified in Boch Nissan, my sales lady thought the 72 months of the certified period is from the car was certified this year,but it turned out it should count from the car was first in service after asking the sales manager. I know when the certified period starts and ends is kind of confusing. I figured out that because I had a Nissan certified car before. My sales lady Serenella didn't seem to tell us the wrong info on purpose and she had great service overall. To conclude, the car is good. The price is reasonable. The sales persons are good. But I don't really like the financial manager Smire. I just found they have a new financial person instead of Smire when I write this comment. More
