Two months ago when bought my new vehicle you incorrectly registered it as a lease, with me being in Witness Protection!!! I have been driving the vehicle for TWO months like this. Your suggestion was for me to drive my vehicle to Boch (xxxx no) to rectify. Took 4 hours for you to get this corrected. You gave me excuses about a UEM whatever that is. If it hadn’t been for my insurance company I would have never know. Insurance company says this should have NEVER EVER happened. As if the purchase wasn’t stressful enough with Samir’s hard sell for products I do NOT want, he treated me poorly after I refused insurance on a 3rd key and extended warranty and gap insurance. Oh there is so much more I can write concerning my dissatisfaction with the whole process - you’ll be hearing from my legal representative. ”Come on Down!” I think not. I’ve taken to Twitter , BBB, Consumer Protection Agency and your website. Dekey had the audacity to had me a survey with the answers highlighted that you want me to complete! I’ll be sending that survey with my own responses. And Jake, who refused to negotiate the price of the vehicle and rather was interested in small talk about how my family is was very off putting. You are a shady operation with many negative reviews on line I think not. Never will you ever service this vehicle and I will seek to refinance ASAP. But you. But after I paid the deposit, the sales manager said they would charge me full price. I told him the discount and he said that they had entered full price in their system so it couldn’t be changed or their system would collapse. Also, when I signed the contact, they said they would deliver the car to me. But after I paid full price, they insisted that I must go there to pick up the car. Although they delivered it finally, the salesman lost all my paperwork. Then, only after one week I got the car, I found it was shaking when I braked. I went back to them and they said I needed to replace the brake pads, rotors and sway bar bushing, and the price was about $700. I was angry because I bought a CPO car and expected the car was in good condition. Then the manager said he would offer me a “generous” discount, which was “15% off”. This is so ridiculous cause I heard another person got the same discount. The most ironic part is that when I told them that according to the limited warranty, they should pay for the repair within 60 days I got the car, they said my car was technically safe and I didn’t have to replace anything. I am sick of their lies and tricks. More
