I made an appointment online for an oil change but when I got there and told him I made an appointment, he still had me fill out all my information and asked me what I was there for which I thought was very got there and told him I made an appointment, he still had me fill out all my information and asked me what I was there for which I thought was very weird and inconvenient seeing as I already did that online... When i came to pick up my car i told him i was there for pick up and he told me to go wait in the other room and he would be right with me. I waited there for about 30 mins just for someone to check me out and to take my car. When I got into my car I noticed the garage door directly in front of my car was closed so I had no way of getting out. I had to find the advisor and ask him to open it so I could get out. When I turned my car on I also noticed the service department had not reset my oil change timer so I still had an oil change light on my dashboard. I know how to reset it so it’s fine, I just think that would have been a nice customer service thing to do. More

Service is always great. That’s why I skip the 9 Nissan dealers closer to me. However it was upsetting traveling from the vineyard getting an early boat to make a 10am appointment then getting a call at 9: dealers closer to me. They told me they would do what they could. I let them know I had a 1:15 return trip. We left the dealership just after 1. In the future I will consider closer options. I live in edgartown same as the owner. I like dealing with familiar businesses. Obviously you knew about the renovations prior to my arrival. In the future don’t overbook your space. My service lead, Marvin, was AMAZING! I was about to put my Cube on the road for a long trip, and he made sure everything was in order.
