The service was very quick than anticipated. The advisor explained the work that would be carried out well in advance and explained at the end. The wait in lounge also was really nice. Expensive repairs for a misdiagnosed issue I recently had over $2,600 in work done. I was surprised at the extent of the repairs--including a new transmission--given that my car is a 2013 with I recently had over $2,600 in work done. I was surprised at the extent of the repairs--including a new transmission--given that my car is a 2013 with barely over 70K miles. The same issues returned twice after the work was completed. The first time I took it back to Boch Nissan; although there was no charge for the visit, the issue was not resolved. The second time I took it to another certified Nissan service center with which I had worked in the past, who found the real issue, performed the needed repairs, and confirmed that the previous ones had likely been unnecessary. I emailed both the service manager and general manager at Boch Nissan outlining the details of my complaint with the service performed. When I had not received a return message from either in a week, I tried calling the service manager. I was told that he was on site but not available and would call me back. No call. I was trying to work with the dealership directly before filing a case in small claims court. Looks like I'll be filing. More

The rating would be a zero. I took my car in for water leakage in the front interior. The service people told me it would be 476.00 to blow air into the sunroof plugs. Yes, that was 476.00 fir air. No par leakage in the front interior. The service people told me it would be 476.00 to blow air into the sunroof plugs. Yes, that was 476.00 fir air. No parts and hardly any labor. I left because that was a disgrace. I went to my local mechanic who did the job which took three minutes and did not charge me anything. I will be telling people what a sham your service Dept is.
