My husband brought the Maxima over for an oil change. He was greeted warmly and told it would be ready in Approximately 40 minutes or so. I won’t be visiting this service department or dealership again. My fiancé took my car in for an oil change and they tried to get her to do over $800 in service which was already completed. Service prices are almost double than many others. Online prices are different from what the shop has. When you question the service consultant and also the lady on the payment desk tries to bs without knowi prices are different from what the shop has. I forgot to mention a coupon and when I remembered during payment, the service consultant was quick to show me a sign that said I need to show such a thing before the printout. I dont know why I drove 40 miles to come here—maybe because I bought my car here. Two stars because the service was quick and done way before time. More
