I'm enjoying my new (leased) car but... Nissan had advertised a Washington Birthday Special for a 2019 Sentra SV 24 month lease for $39 a month. However, when I went to the dealer to work th Nissan had advertised a Washington Birthday Special for a 2019 Sentra SV 24 month lease for $39 a month. However, when I went to the dealer to work the deal, I was advised that I would need over $5900 down to get that leased price due to taxes and other fees even though the add said $4200 down. The sales rep we worked with told us that dealers advertise like that to get people in the door. Needless to say, I was disappointed that a large dealership like Boch would resort to these types of tactics. Sounds like an old "bait and switch" method that the corner lot dealers use. In the end, our sales rep worked a deal to get 36 month lease for $110 but had to put $6000 down (with trade-in) to get that price. I understand car dealers are in business to make money but at least they should be honest up front about the actual price it cost to get a vehicle. I think that's why online car buying like Carvana and Vroom are growing in popularity because people don't have to deal with this kind of stuff. More

Dishonest. The first time I found myself in the service department there was an unhappy customer next to me arguing with the staff. That would be me an hour or so later when they were charging me $300 for department there was an unhappy customer next to me arguing with the staff. That would be me an hour or so later when they were charging me $300 for service that once I started asking questions ended up being covered under my warranty. And a supervisor is always at lunch or on vacation when I ask. I am never dealing with Nissan again. I’m still waiting on a return email and/or a phone call from either Steven Sheldon or Mark Mullane. It’s been 4 days. Dishonest. More
