Prompt and Courteous David in the Service Department greeted me upon arrival. The car was ready in one and a half hours, which seemed reasonable. The previous time I was in for service I suggested that the waiting area have fruit, and this time there were apples and bananas. Complimentary bottled water would be nice. There is no complimentary car wash, which is a deficit. Also, the front seat floor and mat were not vacuumed, which would also be a plus. More

Part of promised service was not performed I had 30k service done. Tire rotation was supposed to be part of it. 60 point inspection try no inspection We brought my son's car in for the 60 point service inspection.was told it was done and everything was good but brake pads where starting to show some We brought my son's car in for the 60 point service inspection.was told it was done and everything was good but brake pads where starting to show some wear a yellow signal was given not green not red. One weak later. The battery was dead car wouldn't start ,had it towed back to Nissan and was told battery needed to be replaced , wiper blades needed to be replaced ,filters needed to be replaced and brake pads and routers needed replacing .how could this be I said when I had it in to be inspected the week before ( 300 miles ) and everything was great ( green light ) then. Very disappointing. More

Luck of trained technician. Technicians ware unable to reprogram the two keys with remote start my Nissan Rogue 2018 that a got from them a couple of month ago.
