I went there on Sunday July 9 around 3 pm . 3 sales people standing behind the manger not one person said hello I had to ask if anyone wanted to sell a car , the manager Fayiz Zureikat could 3 sales people standing behind the manger not one person said hello I had to ask if anyone wanted to sell a car , the manager Fayiz Zureikat could not take his eyes off the computer and proceeded to tell me that is not how things work here , you test drive a car then put 500 .00 down and then we call you when it comes in . He could not be bothered . Shame on all of you . Have you forgotten about CUSTOMER SERVICE . No wonder there was not a customer in the building . I drove 47 miles to Auburn Toyota where customer service comes first and I made a purchase . People beware of Toyota south . More

**DO NOT SHOP HERE, THEY LET ME TEST DRIVE SOMEONES BOUGHT CAR** I came to this dealership looking for a new car, specifically interested in the RAV4. The first car the dealer brought me to, we init BOUGHT CAR** I came to this dealership looking for a new car, specifically interested in the RAV4. The first car the dealer brought me to, we initially liked. Took it out for a test drive for awhile, and when we came back we began to talk numbers and negotiate. After our salesman, Marcarthur Mercidieu, ran around for easily half an hour he came back to us to tell us the car had been sold A WEEK PRIOR. Meaning they let us, and the couple after us test drive someone's already purchased vehicle. Apart from being incredibly frustrated about this, the salesman then drove us around the lot for 30 minutes looking for a car that wasn't even at the dealership. This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had car shopping. I wouldn't recommend buying a car from here, especially if you don't want people to test drive your already purchased vehicle. More
