Having been to 3 other Toyota Dealers in MA in the past two months, I was pleasantly surprised with Boch. They were not pushy, very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I had two very bad experiences with other Toyota dealers and the 3rd was just unable to beat Boch's price. I highly recommend Boch Toyota and I will definately skip the other 3 dealers the next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle! Friendliness, courtesy to my situation, product knowledge, work ethic, integrity, customer focus, all of the before mentioned were exceptional traits at this dealership. From the salesperson, to the sales manager, to the financial group to the service department setting up my first service appointment before I left the day I picked up my new truck, all departments are exceptional & I would highly recommend Boch Toyota South as a destination when shopping for a new or used car. In fact my sons godfather has already contacted Jim Roane my salesperson and has started the initial process of buying a new Toyota 4Runner !!! More

My experience at Boch Toyota south was excellent. From the time I recieved an e-mail with an internet price on a new Camry to the time I signed all the papers, every one I dealt with was great. The sales people were all willing to work with me to get the payments where I felt comfortable with and wanted. I ended up with an excellent price for the Camry and for my trade in. They all made a great effort to get me the car at a price I wanted and could afford. The lot has had many choices ( been there twice) on the car you want with the options you want. I choosed Boch because of the service that some one I knew that had bought a car there a few years ago. I experienced the same great service as they did, so I would have to say that they continue to offer great service. I would strongly recommend buying a car from them. More

Attempted to pass off another vehicle as the vehicle that we had agreed on. Then still gave me an inferior vehicle and stated that they would "make it up to me". They never did.
