The service department at Tarbox is top notch and one of the reasons I will keep buying cars there. Between Toyotas I briefly owned another popular car brand and their service and dealership were awful, so the reasons I will keep buying cars there. Between Toyotas I briefly owned another popular car brand and their service and dealership were awful, so I came back to Tarbox. The staff is professional and friendly, always able to answer my questions. Brad assisted me this week and he was very helpful, from telling me how long it would take to finding the right touch up paint (which was applied in the shop - a big help!) The waiting area is open, bright and clean. More

I only needed to get the oil changed on my car but I'd been procrastinatinating because I heard that I couldn't make an appointment and the wait could be up to two hours! Infuriating! Mark, my service writer, was knowledgeable, pleasant and didn't try to oversell me. He gave me a reasonable time estimate in which to expect the car to be done and it was! The women in the business office recognized my punch card was on my third visit, so I got 1/2 off. It was a great visit!! Based on this service visit, I would feel confident returning to this service department. More

I had a 9:30 appointment for an airbag recall. Every time I called to schedule service on this recall, they would hang up so I was not able to get a loaner vehicle. . They told me it would be 2 to 2 1/2 hour ls to complete the recall. I had my husband come get me after about an hour and we went for breakfast. I came back after breakfast expecting the car to be almost done. I went to the service counter and the representative had told me the car just go into be serviced. It was going to be another 2 hours. By this point I was livid! I went home and they called at about 1:00 to tell me it was done! We got back to the dealership at 1:30. They didn’t tell me where the car was after service, I had to ask. They never updated the tracking link they sent me. To tell me to 2 1/2 hours total turned in to 4. hours. needless to say my day was shot! More
