I had a 9:30 appointment for an airbag recall. Every time I called to schedule service on this recall, they would hang up so I was not able to get a loaner vehicle. . They told me it would be 2 to 2 1/2 hour ls to complete the recall. I had my husband come get me after about an hour and we went for breakfast. I came back after breakfast expecting the car to be almost done. I went to the service counter and the representative had told me the car just go into be serviced. It was going to be another 2 hours. By this point I was livid! I went home and they called at about 1:00 to tell me it was done! We got back to the dealership at 1:30. They didn’t tell me where the car was after service, I had to ask. They never updated the tracking link they sent me. To tell me to 2 1/2 hours total turned in to 4. hours. needless to say my day was shot! More

Brought my RAV4 hybrid in for 10,000 mile checkup. No appointment was required just pull in. It took about 90 minutes but they also washed and vacuumed the car. Service Dept was honest when I called for a routine maintenance issue on my 2020 Avalon TRD. I had to have a recalled part installed. I did wait one year for it, but I am glad that it has been replaced. I want to say something about Corey. He is the best. A few weeks ago I went in as a light came on on my dash. He explained about tire-pressure and cold weather. He not only filled the tire that caused the light to come on but all the tires. Next comes replacing my defective part (recall). He was very nice in explaining the time I would have to wait and suggested an afternoon time that might be not as long. He was right. He is a gentlemen. He understands women (usually) are not as auto savvy as men and he explains everything. Kudos to Corey!! More
