Great Experience buying We traded in an older used car to purchase a newer certified used SUV. We found what we wanted online, went and test drove a few that were on the lot. We were offered a good price for our trade and paid what we considered to be a fair price for the the new car we bought. The sales team were up front and we didn't feel pressured by the sales team or the Finance/Loan Dept. Also great was the communication from our salesman (Greg) and manager (Eric). My texts, phone calls and emails were all answered quickly (and yes I used all 3 methods). I also feel it's important to point out that everything was straightforward which is important when you don't have the time to spend on misleading information. Great experience. More
