Overall it was a great experience It was a very stressful process for me but everyone was very helpful. I told him to transfer my plates he said new plates would be easier not sure that’s the case for me. Other than that the service was great! Finance was also great I spent more time with them than the sales guy. I am missing two other finance guys names but they were great. More

Service Mgr. 5 stars....Service Advisor 0 stars Brought vehicle (2018 Tacoma Limited) in for a recall. When I left I was told by Service Advisor that part needed to be ordered and I would be called. Brought vehicle (2018 Tacoma Limited) in for a recall. When I left I was told by Service Advisor that part needed to be ordered and I would be called. This was also indicated on my service report. After a month, I called the same Service Advisor, left a message and asked for a call back. A week later, after no call I called again, only to be told he and his helper were both out. I explained situation and was told a written note would be left for the Service Advisor to call me. Never got a call. A week later left another voice message to call. Never got a call. A few days after that left another voice message to call. Never got a call once again. A few days after this I called and asked to speak with a Service Manager. I than spoke with Matt, the mgr., I explained what had been going on, he pulled up my record and said he would call right back. Within minutes he called, said the part was there and when could I come in. He said he would not be in work for a few days but said he would set it up and notify one of the service advisors I was coming in when he was out. When I got there, Kevin, immediately searched me out and within 45 minutes I was set to go with the part installed. Matt and Kevin both earned 5 stars, they both delivered as promised. Wilson, the LACK of Service Advisor gets 0 stars as he repeatedly gave no effort to even call me. More
