He reviewed everything to be done with me by phone and text making the communication work around my schedule and activities. Not a happy customer I brought my car in for service at the required time and was told it wasn’t ready for service and to come back when I have driven another 600 miles. E I brought my car in for service at the required time and was told it wasn’t ready for service and to come back when I have driven another 600 miles. Even though the service sticker that was put on my window said to come back at the mileage stated and I even waited and brought it in 100 miles over. This is the 3rd time on 3 different occasions I was told to come back for service when I’ve reached a different mileage. Later that day I got a postcard in the mail saying I was overdue for service on my car!! I brought my car in the next day and Wilson took my car no questions asked! He was wonderful unlike the employee I had the day before. I will not be bringing my car back to the Norwood location because every time I do I get refused service even though I’m bringing it in by the sticker that THEY put on my windshield. More

Horrific Experience The handling of the business side of this transaction was a comedy of errors.. Being responsive is non existent. Salesman was professional however.
