Not what it used to be. I was a big fan but my last visit was disappointing. It was routine, free, 20,000 mile. The service employee pointed out my inspection sticker had expired. I asked him to take care of that too. I had to go back to work and so expected a call to come back to get the car in an hour or two. I never got a call and had to call them almost 4 hours later. When I got there, they had not done the inspection check. They said I hadn’t asked for it - clearly not true given I was unaware it had even expired until the employee pointed it out. They said it would be another hour or so to do it. I did not have the time. So I left and had it done in 15 minutes elsewhere the next morning. I was not upset, just disappointed that the place seems to have gone downhill. More

Memorial day special Idk why they asked me to write a review. Took a week for them to send correct info to my bank, Thursday signing papers and having down payment cashed Idk why they asked me to write a review. Took a week for them to send correct info to my bank, Thursday signing papers and having down payment cashed to Thursday a week later to finally pick it up after multiple calls to the bank trying to figure out why the downpayment was $9,000 less then $2000 less. It took me calling to ask for a manager twice and saying I just want my money back for them to straighten everything out in a hour. It only took a hour for them to send the right information to my bank and my bank to send them the check!!! But the dealership took a week for some reason? Because I didn't finance with them? Or they wanted to go on a long weekend and forgot about everything when they came back to work? Either way terrible business practice if that's the way they do things. I went there because we got a car there a year before, financed with them, everything was done the same day, picked the car up the next day. But buying a used car here and not leasing through them definitely worst car buying experience I've ever had will never in my life recommend this place unless I get a new car from Ernie Boch himself maybe. And this isn't even the whole story. From the finance department to salesman to manager completely unprofessional. And my windshield wiper was broken I noticed first time it rained. More

Bought a used Rav4 me and my father went to this dealership to look at a used rav4 that we saw online. before we got to the dealership i had entered my number online and me and my father went to this dealership to look at a used rav4 that we saw online. before we got to the dealership i had entered my number online and someone from the dealer was texting me and when i had arrived the car was parked out front. we inspected the car and everything seemed good minus the dead key fob battery. its understandable since its a used car. we met with the sales rep and manager and both were awesome and helpful. they helped replace the key fob battery and also program a second key fob for us as well. Amazing Customer Service I had a brake problem while on the road back to CT where I live. I called on the off chance that they could fit me in same day. They had me come rig I had a brake problem while on the road back to CT where I live. I called on the off chance that they could fit me in same day. They had me come right in and got me sorted while I waited. All in all with getting on and off the highway and getting sorted out I probably only lost and hour on the trip. Thank you. More
