Maybe they are just having trouble adjusting to new COVID procedures, but for some reason I ended up sitting in the waiting room for 3.5 hours while my car sat in their parking lot. It needed a new AC compressor, and I was told there was a problem with the brake pads installed during my last visit, about 1000 miles ago. I picked up the car a day later, and the new compressor was installed perfectly, but nothing was done regarding the brakes. Invoice states they blew brake dust from the area, which did not accomplish anything. The initial conversation about the wrong pads having been installed was not revisited, which is concerning, and honestly a little scary. More
