Simple, easy car buying experience Joe Musto and Amer Hajou helped me purchase a used Toyota Prius. Joe was very helpful showing me the car and going over everything with me, but went on vacation before I was ready to buy. Amer helped me with actually buying the car and was very helpful getting all the paperwork together and making sure I paid an amount I was comfortable. The process overall was very quick and easy and I felt like they were very transparent with all the costs. Ian in financing was also very helpful and able to get me a better financing deal than my bank offered. More

Bad customer service The dealership's attitude is blatant; all they care about is sales. Great place to get an excellent deal! Two years ago, I visited this Boch Toyota dealership for the first time. They ran a great promotion on lease of RAV4, and they honored their ad, no "b Two years ago, I visited this Boch Toyota dealership for the first time. They ran a great promotion on lease of RAV4, and they honored their ad, no "bait and switch". So when my lease was over this month, natuarally, they made to my short list for a new vehicle. I honestly tried to survey other places, both Toyota and other makes, but nowhere prices were as good (again!) as with these guys. So it was no-brainer to stick with Toyota for a new car, especially taking in account additional advantages and incentives for loyalty. Quality of Toyota vehicles is great, my other Toyota is already celebrated its 18th birthday and still going strong after equivalent of travel distance to the moon. :-) I am very happy with Francis' service, who was helping me to lease a new 2018 RAV4. Francis is a knowledgeable person and a great salesman who will go extra mile to please the customer. More
