Gets close to being great and then falls short Went to by a used car. Didn’t wait too long. They were short handed so we got a first time sale person who couldnt answer our questions. No big deal got that solved and they were all very nice. However, this lead to many misunderstandings later since some of answers given were wrong. They only came down on the price a little. We went to buy the car and use a credit card- Boch only lets you charge 2500 because of the fees they have to pay the credit company. Totally lost us tons of points. Plus, registration is closed on weekends so we can’t drive the car home. We needed it this week. We have drive back next week (1 1/2hr one way) to get it. Ended on a horrible note. More

Continuing nightmare In August 2017 I came to this dealership looking for a used mid size SUV. I decided to purchase a 2014 Rav 4. The entire purchasing experience took 2 In August 2017 I came to this dealership looking for a used mid size SUV. I decided to purchase a 2014 Rav 4. The entire purchasing experience took 2 days and was like pulling teeth. Eventually I traded in my car, purchased the Rav 4 and 4 days later refinanced the loan, paid Toyota in full and thought I was done with this place. A month later my bank informed me that the title had not been transferred from Toyota. The next 3 months was spent wasting my time trying to get someone to do a simple electronic title transfer. I spent hours on the phone begging to find someone who could complete this step. On December 10th, just days before my loan was default because the title had not been transferred, the title was transferred. I thought I was in the clear again. Yesterday, June 14th 2018, I received a certified letter stating the car I had traded to Boch Toyota had been abandoned in Wakefield, MA towed by order of the city to a NH lot and I was responsible for storage fees. The car had been towed March 7th, 2018. That means between August and March the title was never updated, despite me being charged a transfer fee (a separate fee than for the Rav 4), someone drove the car without registering it and abandoned it. I am at a complete loss for words at this point. Once this is straightened out I am going to make it my mission to make sure everyone I know never buys a car from Boch. More
