Not only did he change cars for us, but he changed it to a color we had wanted more than the original one we got. He is low on pressure, high on sense of humor and thoughtfulness. He was so entertaining and just a nice guy...couldn't have been happier. That experience changed once I had all the paper work done and waited over 2 hours for the Finance guy, KOUDJA. He was rude, took his time even after I told them my mother needed to go home and made us sit there while he printed each page slower than slow. This is the second car I've leased from Boch and I promise you when I come back I want nothing to do with KOUDJA...and I will pass it along to anyone I know going to Boch. More
