Terrible!!! Long story short, made the mistake of going there to buy another new car, while in there, sitting at the salesmans desk another Boch salesman, out of Long story short, made the mistake of going there to buy another new car, while in there, sitting at the salesmans desk another Boch salesman, out of the blue, made a snide remark to my wife and I, who were just sitting there quietly, searching the inventory of the dealership on our cell phones. Why would he do that you ask? I have no idea! Well, no apology came from the salesman or the salesmanager! We left and will never return! We were a cash buyer for my vehicle and was likely to trade my wife's car in next year for another new car. This experience was nothing like our first experience in 2009. Now we call them Botch Toyota! More

Great Experience So Eric definitely had the wow factor during my car buying process.
