Exceeded Expectations I'm not the kind of person who leaves online reviews. The whole process sort of bores me to be honest. But I have to say, in Tyler's case, I'm willing to make an exception. I expected your stereotypical sleazy used car rep, and instead I got someone who was nice, knowledgeable, answered all questions, AND -- MOST IMPORTANTLY(!) -- didn't pressure me _at all_, made absolutely zero effort to upsell etc, worked with me on my price and vehicle requirements (i.e. was a good listener, holy $#%&^, thank you.) So we got the job done quickly and to my specs. Not sure what else I could have asked for. Hopefully in 7 or 8 years when I need another car I can find another Tyler to help me out. More

What I really appreciated was his relaxed but professional demeanor and sincere approach to making my experience as stress free as possible. Because this was my first lease, he took ample time explaining all the necessary information. I also liked the fact that instead of walking back and forth to the finance office several times to relay information and questions, he brought Freddy over to sit with us, who was also helpful in getting me the best deal. I have walked out on other dealerships in the past who play the silly game of make-them-wait/sweat. When we later met with Sami in finance, I also found him very friendly and helpful, and quick to finish up the paperwork. When John went to schedule the dealer prep and inspection sticker for my new car, we found out the system was down because the RMV was implementing a new system and procedures. John laid out several scenarios that could happen and explain what he and I needed to do in each. He made sure my car was ready on the day I needed to pick it up. My husband has leased two cars from this dealership so far, and he left there very impressed with John, stating that when his lease is up he will ask for John this time. Leasing a 3rd RAV4 From the time I arrived at the dealership, everyone makes you part of the group. The front desk was very cordial and puts you at ease. Meeting Tyler for the first time he was relaxed and puts a customer at ease with his demeanor. He explained the process of leasing the car even though I have done so in past. Wanted to insure any changes or new processes would be covered. Tyler insured that any question I might have was answered. Once all the formalities were concluded he reviewed the next steps of prep and license and insurance requirements. Although some minor changes had to be made due to the holiday, he was very accommodating and insured I was comfortable with minor delay in car delivery. Some of the delay was caused by a planned vacation I was to take. But all in all cannot wait to ownership. More
