Battery drain after 3 days of no use! 3 visits to service and car not fixed!! Service sucks service writer rude and not helpful! I dove the car battery fully charged soon I leave my car 3 days car won’t start i have to jump it , the service writer say nothing wrong with the car u need to put a charger on the battery !!! Who will accept that I leave my wife car 30 days and the battery hold the charge and start like in a second , we are in a summer season what about the winter time how difficult it’s gonna be to jumpstart in the snow and cold weather I don’t have a garage I parked outside keep telling him I drove the car enough after 3 days the battery died!!! Again he said u drove 17 miles since last visit not enough that writer has no clue he thinks people are dumb they don’t know about car I used own a repair shop ! And the best rudest part I told him I’m not gonna start my car in 3 days if the battery drains I’m gonna bring my car back , u wanna know he’s did !!! He said I’m gonna tell u the same things and he open the door for me waiving he’s hand out thru the door saying bye bye !!! Like saying get the f out in a nice way!!! How rude was this if any one treat u the same way will u accept it !!!! Shame on Toyota to hire people like that to deal with costumers I’m not fixing my car for free u get paid from ur service but I need my car to get fix I brought this car from u guys and on top of that I paid extra for replacing remote starter, extended warranty tires and rims warranty and interior cloth and carpet protection!!! All that extra $$$$ shame on u shame on u !!! I’m so upset and sad couldn’t sleep last night how I got treated this day ! I’m asking Toyota to call me back for this issue and I’m get this escalated to Toyota USA headquarter this issue has to get fix soon as possible!!!’ More

Bought several cars here , Boch has lost it..... this experience was absolutely the worst car dealership circus i have ever had. I couldn’t pick my new truck up over the weekend because some person wasn’t working on the weekend for you guys. I took time off work to come pick the truck up on a weekday. The truck was not ready with the some person wasn’t working on the weekend for you guys. I took time off work to come pick the truck up on a weekday. The truck was not ready with the sticker and registration when I was told to pick it up, so I had to come back on another week night to get that. When I came to get the sticker it took over an hour! I called earlier in the afternoon so David knew I was coming. He told me everything would be all set and I just needed to drive into the service bay and it would be taken care of. I feel I was misled after being made to wait over an hour for literally the longest car inspection I have ever heard of. Additionally, when I came to purchase the vehicle I was made aware of the 3% charge for debit/credit cards for the payment. I understand why you do this, but please inform customers prior to their arrival. I had know way of knowing this, and having to leave the dealership to get a cashiers check and then come back made the process more complicated. More
