The absolute worst dealership ever Never in my life have I been treated as poorly as I was at Boch Toyota yesterday. Sure, I may have dressed a bit casually in a t shirt and sweatpants Never in my life have I been treated as poorly as I was at Boch Toyota yesterday. Sure, I may have dressed a bit casually in a t shirt and sweatpants, but you should never judge a book by its cover. First of all, the dealership had no AC. It must have been 85+ in there -- even the employees were sweating. I was willing to overlook this fact, but compounded with the terrible customer experience it really put me over the edge. The salesman I worked with was an older fellow who clearly did not take my wife and I seriously, even though I clearly stated I was ready to buy today. He didn't even bother to ask basic car buying questions such as if we were trading in a car or financing. When I gave him my offer on the car, he bluntly told me I was looking at the wrong car. When I asked to speak to his manager, he told me "he won't touch that offer." Really? Then why did he call me after I left and walked to Boch Honda across the street (who treated me far, far better)? I decided to give the sales manager a second chance and went back over to the dealership, only to make me wait another 20 minutes. When the receptionist noticed our displeasure, a person who introduced himself as a manager had the audacity to introduce us to some fresh new sales associate that would "take care of us." You must really have some nerve to think that is going to work. That was the last straw and we stormed out. If you ever find yourself in the market for a Toyota, do yourself a favor and avoid Boch Toyota like the plague. The people at Toyota of Braintree were far nicer, to say the least. More
