I've purchased two new vehicles prior to this, and never enjoyed the car buying experience. This time was very different. Instead of feeling like I was being railroaded and pushed by sales staff, I felt like Michetty Tejeda was actually helping me to find the vehicle I wanted to test drive. She worked so hard (literally) running around to find the vehicles I wanted to see. She didn't know all the answers to my questions, but was always able to find an answer quickly. Her demeanor is professional and proactive, and she is very personable. I still don't like the idea of having 8 different people come and check in with me over the course of two visits to lease and pick up my vehicle - either to ask me to sign paperwork or whisk it out of my hands. I'm looking forward to a different model of car buying. More
