Did not like how the sales manager tried to be sneaky when it came to negotiating the final price. The hand sanitizer stations where empty and when I wanted water I had to pay for it. My finance rep was when it came to negotiating the final price. The hand sanitizer stations where empty and when I wanted water I had to pay for it. My finance rep was not listed but he was excellent. Based on my experience with the sales manager I would not recommend Boch even though everything else was excellent. Mr Matt Crane the Mgr was very disrespectful I saw dents on two of my rims after my tires was changed I brought it to his attention he said I got one for a dollar.that was humiliating to me so because I g on two of my rims after my tires was changed I brought it to his attention he said I got one for a dollar.that was humiliating to me so because I got a deal i should shut my mouth I receive a coupon in the mail so I used it I bought two brand new cars the last one was in Dec. this need to be addressed his customer service is terrible I am not the one to use the race card but I felt as though he was being Racist towards me with that comment More
