Special Thank-You to Jack Tu! My husband brought our Camry in for an oil change and general service inspection. He mentioned that Jack Tu (5371) was most helpful in assisting him My husband brought our Camry in for an oil change and general service inspection. He mentioned that Jack Tu (5371) was most helpful in assisting him on all fronts. The front lower ball joints needed to be replaced and Jack assisted in getting our warranty on this approved (saving us a large amount of money) and also allowed us to use our oil change discount (even though the card was accidentally left at home). So we had a minimum cost for this visit and have our vehicle in great shape, thanks to Jack and his excellent service! Both of us are particular about our vehicle's maintenance and repair and my husband is even more so. When he is well-satisfied with the service he receives at Boch, I am as well. Just didn't deliver David and the sales manager had agreed to replace the worn tires with new OEM tires. While they did replace the tires, it was just with cheap no name David and the sales manager had agreed to replace the worn tires with new OEM tires. While they did replace the tires, it was just with cheap no name tires at 1/3 the costs. Additional, the sales manager stated on multiple occassion that they had both keys for the car. At deliver, only one key was provided. The evening I arrived to pick up the car, it wasn't read and I had to wait an hour before the car was ready. In this day and age, you could send me a text to let me know you were running late. Just poor customer service. To make matters worse, the morning after taking delivery and inspecting the car in the day light I noticed the cheap tires that had been put on the car. My text messages and calls the the salesman request that both issues 1.) Provided a second key to the car, and 2.) Deliver on your commitment to put OEM tires on the car, have gone unanswered. More
