AVOID SERVICE DEPARTMENT at all costs. The service writer Misty is nice enough but other service writers have a smart mouth, unhelpful and rude. I took my truck in for a scheduled appoin The service writer Misty is nice enough but other service writers have a smart mouth, unhelpful and rude. I took my truck in for a scheduled appointment and it sat in the lot for 5 days before it was even looked at. They supposedly have loaners but they are all "grounded for safety recalls" all 30+ of them! Kind of fishy if you ask me. On top of everything else, they left my vehicle unlocked in a unsecured area. Luckily none of my tools were stolen. These guys do not respect your schedule or property and again are very rude and unapologetic for this. I have tried to contact the service manager to speak about the issues with no return calls for him. I will not be returning to the Maxwell family of dealerships. BE AWARE IF YOU INTEND TO USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. More
