He definitely knew how to connect with a person and knew how to talk to me, which makes good in a sales person, when taking a test drive in the Kia K4, he showed me all the features on the guy, and being a guy he showed me some things a guy would appreciate in a car. He worked with us over the phone on getting a good deal, worked through interest rates with us, and did everything he could to help us out.
