I recently purchased a used vehicle for the purpose of transporting my granddaughter. I did not realize how "brutally unkind" car seats are to your car's interior, especially leather m. The permanent indentation or mark embedded in the seat from the weight is an eye sore, thus I opted to purchase a used vehicle specifically for her so I can preserve the condition and beauty of both my 2017 Ford Edge Titanium and 2019 GMC Acadia SLT. Hilariously, I opted to buy her a car, rather than a baby doll. During my search at Obrien Mitsubishi, I found a vehicle, which met my needs. It was a 2011 Kia Sorento EX V6 ( fully loaded features) with low mileage for it's age. My salesperson, Wyatt Phillis, was very professional, courteous, efficient, and most of all patient during my car buying experience. He definitely puts the "human" in customer service. His approach is not simply selling a car, but providing a high level of quality service. At the time of purchase, I requested to have my Kia serviced for preventative maintenance care as indicated on the used vehicle inspection report upon intake. The vehicle was initially serviced to address any major safety issues, but there were some specific needs (wear and tear parts) I wanted handled for overall "soundness" of my purchase. After all, this vehicle is used to transport my granddaughter, so being solid, sound, dependable, and realiable was priority; not negotiating a price. Although the asking price was within market value. The service team (Brandon, Bill, Janell and EVERY other team member) was very professional and attentive to addressing my concerns. They provided timely quality service. The vehicle selection, my personal salesperson, and the service team are the reason why O'Brien Mitsubishi is a highly regarded dealership and main staple of Bloomington Normal. I will continue to patron O'brien owned dealerships for vehicle purchases and/or service needs. More

Above and beyond Went in on Monday, July 6, for an oil service. On July 4, I made a right turn too short and hit a culvert causing the right front bumper to come loose Went in on Monday, July 6, for an oil service. On July 4, I made a right turn too short and hit a culvert causing the right front bumper to come loose from the car and grind against the right front tire. While my car was getting serviced, I called my insurance company to file a claim. To my surprise, when I went to my car after the service, the bumper had been repaired by my service people and they didn't even charge me!
