Good I enjoyed working with Billy as my sales guy. He listened to me on what I didn't want and what I did want. There was a few hiccups. We agreed on a certain amount a month and for a certain about of months and as I was signing I noticed, it said a month longer. Also I work 50+ hours for work and I get a call on a day morning saying I needed to come in right away cause they address that was put on for my credit report was wrong and I needed to come back and sign everythjng..wjoch I didn't understand but I felt my time was not valued cause I felt rushed. I did tell them I will t hroigh out the week to make time for work. I did come back to resign and apologized to the manager cause I was very rude to him over the phone but I still felt rushed to do this. My sales guy, Billy, was awesome. I will only go back cause of him, cause he connected with me, yes he was trying to sell to me but he still made a connect with me. If it wasn't for him, o would have waiting til March, end of my lease and go back home to MN to the hundayi there. More

A Day and a Night in the Life of a Hyundai Purchaser I generally hate the sales experience, but Michelle made our time as good as it could be. So, a 5 to Michelle. The worst part was financing. The man who worked with us was a former finance staffer and not totally up on the process so our time with him was lengthy and full of apologies. A week later we received a call from the dealership because he had sold us 2 things he shouldn't have and could we return to address the mistake with the regular man. He handled everything very smoothly. We are still not sure how it all worked out, but he tried to persuade us that all was well. It was just a bizarre circumstance that we happened to be returning to Normal since we actually live 120 miles away and just happened to be visiting. More
