Frustrated I am 68 yrs old and have bought a lot cars in my life. I don't ever remember buying a car at anytime in my life and feeling bad about it. But somehow I am 68 yrs old and have bought a lot cars in my life. I don't ever remember buying a car at anytime in my life and feeling bad about it. But somehow after what I thought was a completed deal I left this dealership with a bad taste in my mouth. I left feeling as though I did something wrong. For whatever reason the credit life ins I asked for got messed up something needs to be changed and resigned. That has not happened yet that's been 3 wks ago. Because I'm on a fixed income I asked if payment do date could stay on the 25th of the month same as my on the car I was trading in even if I needed to make the first payment in July. I was told that the 25th would be okay, but I would not have to make the first payment until Aug 25th. I now understand the first payment will be due on Aug 15th. I am very frustrated and wish I had listened to the advice I gave my brothers and a couple of other friends who I persuaded to go by their cars at the Kia dealer in Peoria no one had a problem. I am sure I will not Spend as much time in future persuading someone to come to this dealership. Love the SUV just not the extreme experience. More
