Our experience updated Derrick made our car buying experience very easy and hassle free. He and the sales manager helped us with a small problem we had with our new vehicle Derrick made our car buying experience very easy and hassle free. He and the sales manager helped us with a small problem we had with our new vehicle and worked out the problem to our satisfaction. Two weeks and 120 miles later the same problem happened with the transmission, it now only had 150 miles on it. We went back in and spoke to the general manager and sales manager and told them we wanted a new vehicle as there was obviously a more serious problem with the transmission. The GM agreed to get us a new vehicle but it would have miles on it and would not be the same color but we agreed to those concessions. Derrick told him one of the big selling points was the fact no one had driven the vehicle before us He said it would take several hours to get the paperwork for the registration figured out and he gave us a vehicle to drive. We waited a full week and no one called us to tell us what was going on so I called and spoke to the sales manager. I told him we were upset about not being contacted and he said he had been to busy to call me and had been off for one day. I told him we were done with Hyundai and wanted our money back due to the lack of communication and apparent lack of effort by them to solve our problem. He said he would speak to the GM and talk to him about what to do with the vehicle we traded in to get our money back on that as well. He left me a voice mail later that night and said he had left a message for the GM and he would know something the next morning. Four more business days later and still no one at the dealership has had the decency or courtesy to call us and let us know what is going on. When we had verbally agreed to buy from them and were waiting for our vehicle to arrive at the dealership, they called us every other day to make sure we were going to buy the vehicle when it came in, but now that there is a problem with the vehicle and there is no more money to be made from us, they will not call us. It is clear to us where their priorities are and it is NOT customer service. Derrick, our sales representative, is the only one who were are satisfied with at the dealership. More

I knew that I wanted to test drive and talk to a salesperson pe I have had two Hyundai autos in the past that I liked and had very good service from. I knew that I wanted to test drive and talk to a salesperson pertaining to the Santa Fe. I did not call ahead. We were met by a salesman upon arrival who listened to what I was interested in seeing and pricing. He was patient, informative, curtious and helpful. He was not overpowering and understood when I expressed my desire to see the product of a competitor which I did. He did email me some additional information. I returned four days later and made my purchase.. More
