Poor used car sales staff. Spoke to a Tony with a viable trade-in and 10,000 cash down on a $34,000 4 year old used truck he actually tried to add sales tax when I told him prior I was transferring my Orego trade-in and 10,000 cash down on a $34,000 4 year old used truck he actually tried to add sales tax when I told him prior I was transferring my Oregon plate, Oregon being my state of residence that HAS NO sales tax, tried jacking up the price almost $4,000 with non- applicable taxes while offering $2500 for my under with 86k miles, EXCELLENT condition trade in two other local dealers, Pundman Ford & St. Charles Nissan offered $6500 for. To be fair I tried calling to speak to management before leaving this...and other....reviews of this experience and there's no option for that. Waited 2x on hold for operator to just be hung up on. Really shady! So to recap I was willing to drive three hours to purchase a $34,000 truck with $10,000 cash down plus a trade in conservatively worth $5000 seeking $300/month on balance and instead I was treated like trash too ignorant to know I live in a sales tax free state they added $3,000 in unnecessary tax/licensing fees. I'm really offended and recommend potential buyers go anywhere else no matter how nice a vehicle might be it's not worth getting treated this way. More
