If possible, an overstocked inventory seemed to “hide” us from potential sales person interactions initially - lol. Sam Elliot was great to work with, very knowledgeable and did not pressure us. My only sinc from potential sales person interactions initially - lol. Sam Elliot was great to work with, very knowledgeable and did not pressure us. My only sincere complaint was the 2.5 wait to begin completing paperwork with Chris Black. Great for the business to have such a busy day, but not so fun for us though the coffee was a treat. Mr. O.C. himself was a true gentleman as well. I didn’t get my free Samsung UltraHD 72” television but, I understand that they are slated for those individuals willing to purchase a 2024 model vehicle. All the best to their team at O.C. We searched four other Ford dealerships nearby first, none had the specific color and trim level we were looking for in stock. More

Went for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Tried to upsell me to air & cabin filters and windshield wipers, clearly not needed on a 17 month old purchase with 18,000 miles. When I got truck back the interior had been messed with. Passenger seat laid out flat and full of crumbs. Driver seat up as high and as close to steering wheel as possible. Couldn’t get in the truck without resetting. Granted, probably not a big deal or intentional, but it’s pretty sloppy work. I certainly wouldn’t go out of my way to go there again. More
