This was a disappointing experience. It took two weeks from the time of making the appointment for the truck to even be seen, then it took several days for it to be diagnosed. The communication was very poor as I had to call multiple times to even get a status update. Also, I suspect that one of the issues that I paid about $1000 for was not even fixed. Overall,, this did not live up to the usual expectations from the dealership. More
