Can’t reach anyone at service took me 4 days of calling multiple times to get a call back. Service is always terrible at this location. I have had my Bronco for over a year and every time I have had servic multiple times to get a call back. Service is always terrible at this location. I have had my Bronco for over a year and every time I have had service or tried to get service, I took many calls to get anyone to answer the phone. And if you willing service you just stand there no one greets you or ask what you need. Unless you go to the desk and say hello I need some help here. It’s the worst customer service ever. And it’s consistently the case here. Something needs to change immediately. More
