I am happy to report it exceeded my expectations. Since this would take a few days I had the opportunity to meet Alexis Pope, the rental manager. She handled my loaner experience in a patient, polite, and respectful manner even while her office was extremely busy. She communicated throughout with me in a way that solidified my relationship with OCWelch. Alexis Pope is certainly a jewel in the public relations crown for this company. Ms. Diana Lopez customer service was EXCELLENT from the very moment that she approached us when we arrived at OC Welch. She is personable.
