I was contacted by O. C. Welch about the 2 recalls that Ford had finally sent the dealership parts for the Recalls. I was able to get an appointment with them quickly. C. He was very professional, explained to me how long the work would take, and put my car in for the service immediately. It was very comfortable waiting and my car was completed before expected.
