service I took my 2017 Ford F150 in for an oil change and to have a repair concern addressed. I parked my car in the area that I thought would be appropriate I took my 2017 Ford F150 in for an oil change and to have a repair concern addressed. I parked my car in the area that I thought would be appropriate for that service. I exited the truck and saw someone standing near by and I ask if he were an employee there. He simply said yes. Then I asked if I could get my oil changed. He pointed to a door and said that is where I needed to go. When I entered the oil change area they were very busy. After waiting my turn I told them I needed an oil change and that I would like for them to look at a concern I had on my truck and that it was still under warranty. The attendant was polite and indicated that I would need to go to the service department for a repair issue and that they might be able to do my repair and oil change all at the same time. I go over to the area for repair service and stood by waiting for someone to acknowledge me or ask me what I needed. When I was finally addressed, in a tone that seemed to express why are you bothering me, I said that I was told to come to them for them to look at my repair issue and perhaps, according to the oil change people, they could possibly do my oil change at the same time. Without hesitation and in an abrupt manner I was told that my request was just not possible. I would need to schedule an appointment for any repair issue. AT this point I was dumbfounded. When I told the service adviser that my repair was very minor and could I at least have someone look at it and advise me on what I needed to do to correct it she looked at me like I was from Mars and indicated that it would probably require a parts order and they could do nothing today anyway. If I would like to set up a service appointment she would. By this time my frustration was running high and I just wanted to get my oil changed and get the xxxx out of there. So back to the oil changing station I go. In summary I felt as if my needs were of little to no concern or importance to them and that it was just an interruption to their day. The people on the oil change side were polite. The service adviser I had to deal with on the repair side was rude unhelpful and unfriendly. It would be a painful experience to know that I had to deal with them again. More

AIR BAG RECALL WE WERE SENT A RECALL FOR AIRBAGS FOR OUR 2006 RANGER. AFTER CONTACTING JC LEWIS IN SAVANNAH GA WE WERE TREATED HORRIBLY!! WHEN WE COMPLAINED TO A MAN WE WERE SENT A RECALL FOR AIRBAGS FOR OUR 2006 RANGER. AFTER CONTACTING JC LEWIS IN SAVANNAH GA WE WERE TREATED HORRIBLY!! WHEN WE COMPLAINED TO A MANAGER, HE TOLD US HE WOULD HANDLE IT AND GET RIGHT ON IT. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO PICK UP OUR RANGER ON THURSDAY AND NEVER SHOWED UP. WE COULD NOT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE AFTER THAT. WE CALLED OC AND IT WAS PICKED UP THAT DAY AND DONE WITHIN THREE DAYS. THE EMAIL FROM FORD SAID WE WERE TO GET A LOANER AND OC GAVE US AN AWESOME RIDE FOR THE WEEKEND. I WILL ONLY BUY MY VEHICLES HERE FROM NOW ON. THANK YOU FOR THE GIRLS IN SERVICE DEPT AND ALL OF YOUR STAFF!! More
